Shipping and Returns

Shipping your parcel

Orders are usually shipped the same day after payment is received, for orders placed before 3:30 p.m.

We ship via Mondial Relay or Colissimo. Hand delivery may be arranged at RC events — please contact us first. Our event presence is announced individually on our Facebook page.

Whatever shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking link for your parcel.

Shipping fees vary depending on your order total. We recommend grouping all items into a single order.

We cannot combine two separate orders; shipping charges apply to each.

Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Free shipping from €159.90 in mainland France (Mondial Relay or Colissimo Pickup) and from €189.90 within the EU using Mondial Relay or Colissimo Pickup.

Packaging dimensions are appropriate, and your items are well protected.

Products remain the property of The Hobbies Gate until full payment is received. This retention of title does not prevent the transfer of risk, which takes place upon delivery.

Returns

Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in the case of a preparation error by The Hobbies Gate.
